BODY TREATMENT After care advice
- Drink plenty of water after treatment to help flush toxins from the body.
- Avoid bathing or showering for 6-8 hours to allow the oils to sink in.
- Avoid exercise and try and stay relaxed for 12 hours.
- Avoid caffeinated drinks as they stimulate the body and will not help you relax.
- Avoid alcohol and heavy meals for 12 hours following treatment
- Avoid any other body or heat treatments for 48-hours after treatment.
